Use the right solution: Choose an ultrasonic cleaning solution suited to the materials of the parts to be cleaned.
Do not overload the basket: Respect the weight limit of 3 kg to avoid damaging the appliance and ensure optimum efficiency.
Regular maintenance: Clean the tank and basket after each use to extend the life of the appliance.
Safety: Make sure the appliance is switched off and unplugged before servicing or filling the tank.
Preparation:
Fill the 30-litre stainless steel tank with a suitable cleaning solution.
Place the parts to be cleaned in the stainless steel basket, taking care not to exceed 3 kg.
Setting and starting :
Set the mechanical timer between 0 and 20 minutes depending on how long you want to clean.
Adjust the temperature between 0 and 80°C using the electromechanical thermostat.
Switch on the ultrasound (10 x 40 kHz transducers, 600 watts RMS, 850 watts peak) to start the cleaning process.
Cleaning process :
The ultrasound will generate micro-bubbles in the cleaning solution, ensuring deep cleaning of the parts.
The 800 watt heating power helps to maintain an optimum temperature for effective cleaning.
Draining and maintenance :
Once cleaning is complete, use the drain valve to cleanly empty the tank.
Clean the tank and basket after each use to maintain the efficiency of the appliance.
