OCIO is a tank level indicator for fuel and oil that detects the static pressure generated by the height of the fluid by means of a tube inserted into the tank and displays the level or volume of the fluid.
The system consists of:
A control unit to display the level and manage the system. The unit is equipped with intuitive, comprehensive software and allows two alarm or locking devices to be connected. A tube to detect static pressure: The end of the tube is inserted from the top of the tank and lowered into the liquid until it touches the bottom.
The software is used to:
Set the dimensions and type of the tank. Set indication level. Set alarm levels. Calibrate the instrument. Set unit of measurement.
Depending on the defined alarm levels, the control unit disables or activates the ignition by acting as a remote switch to start alarms or cut off power to the connected equipment.
Probe tube length: 10 m. Maximum measurable height: 4 m.
