The Walterscheid Connected Service Counter is an electronic sensor that modernizes your transmissions to record the operating times of all agricultural machines driven by Walterscheid gimbal transmissions.
The WCS meter has maximum flexibility to connect to all transmissions, regardless of age, manufacturer or machine type.
This means that the entire machine park can be equipped with the system at once, in order to accurately record the operating times of the machines and optimize the appropriate maintenance work.
The meter can be attached in a few steps to the protection tube of a gimbal transmission and records the operation of the machine and transmission without contact.
The battery-powered radio system records the actual running time of the machine as well as the running time of the transmission and transmits it to the environment via Bluetooth®.
The operating times thus provided are recorded on the smartphone and made available to all employees of the operation in a clear and orderly manner in the WCS Assistant application.

The Walterscheid Connected Service (WCS) Counter detects the operating states of driveshafts and transmits the operating time to the WCS Assistant App via Bluetooth®.
The WCS Counter is installed on the outer protection tube of the driveshaft.The driveshaft must meet the following requirements:
The protection tube and the entire shaft protection device are complete and in perfect condition,
The protective tube is protected against rotation.
To be used only on WALTERSCHEID driveshafts if you wish to register your drive automatically via the QR Coide.
However, you can use it on other brands provided you enter the data manually.
If the WCS Counter is not assembled and used correctly, there is a risk of serious injury to persons, particularly children, and a risk of material damage.
Risk of death if battery is swallowed.Keep the WCS Counter and the battery out of the reach of children.
Follow the installation instructions of the WCS App.
Protect the WCS Counter from heat (>70 °C) and fire.
Do not dispose of in fire.
